Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Vlissful! As a small operation, we handle all orders with care and attention to detail. However, please note that due to limited resources, orders may be processed and shipped by one person, which can occasionally result in slower processing and fulfillment times.

This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures, including delivery times, shipping costs, and other relevant information. By placing an order with us, you agree to adhere to the terms outlined in this policy.

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed after 5 pm will be processed on the following business day.

Pick-up Fulfillment

We offer pick-up fulfillment options for customers who prefer to collect their orders in person. This is available only in San Mateo, CA for those with an established relationship. When you select the pick-up option at check out, you will be provided with instructions on how and when to collect your order. Please ensure to bring a valid ID and the order confirmation email when picking up your order.

Shipping

All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. If orders are placed afterhours on a Thursday, shipment will not occur until Monday in the summer months (June-September) to preserve the product. Standard shipping takes approximately 3-7 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination address, and other factors beyond our control.

We only ship within the U.S. right now.
