We accept returns for unopened and unused items only. The item must be in its original packaging with all seals and labels intact.

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive the item to initiate and ship a return for an unopened and unused item.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@vlissful.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Once your return has been processed, a full refund (minus the cost of return shipping) will be issued to your original payment method.
